1st ANNUAL BARN RAISING

1st Annual Barn raising

The Barn at Paint Fork is pleased to announce our 1st Annual Barn Raising charity fundraiser. This year’s fundraiser is aimed to help those in need in the town of Barnardsville and the counties of Madison and Yancey.

Sometimes bad things can happen to anyone and The Barn wants to help. Starting with our April 17th concert featuring All My Rowdy Friends, including our May 1st concert (TN JET) and concluding with our May 8th concert (Larry Fleet), The Barn at Paint Fork will contribute five dollars per ticket sold to assist those in need.

The 1st Annual Barn Raising will be a competition between these two counties to see who can sell the most tickets to each of the three concerts, thereby raising the most money to support those in need. In addition to ticket sales, we are creating a new “Special Fund” which will be a collection of additional funds raised with raffles and 50/50 drawings.  These raffles and drawings will occur at each concert.

To determine where the funds will be allocated, The Barn will review all ticket sales and the county that has the most residents in attendance, at all three shows combined, will be awarded the funds collected.   So, we say to each county; It’s up to you to get the word out and bring your family and friends out to enjoy a night of music at The Barn at Paint Fork.

So, Madison and Yancey counties, who is going to win the “Special Fund” and bragging rights for raising the most money for your county?!?!?

Every competition has a winner, and the winner here will be those in need.  So, we say to each county; It’s up to you to get the word out and bring your family and friends out to enjoy a night of music at The Barn at Paint Fork.

Fine Print (subject to change):

  1.   Representatives from each county will be on hand at each concert to verify all ticket sales and funds raised per night.

  2.   The town of Barnardsville will receive a percentage of funds raised.

  3.  Final usage of funds will be up to each entity that receives the funding.
