Private Rental ...

Our venue is available for private rental.  Our rates are seasonal and based upon availability.  In general, we host parties of all sizes and can base your rental on fixed rate or base fee plus cost/attendee .   We can also sell tickets to your events for you online and generate a final guest list for you. (works well for class reunions).

We do not allow alcohol to be brought onto our property, but we have an ABC permit and can work with you on the supply and serving of alcohol if you wish to have alcohol at your event.

All rentals require an expressly written contractual agreement, fully notarized.  In general, we require 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your desired date, regardless of terms or contract.  This means we will gladly reserve the venue simply at your request, and with minimal discussion.  However, if the final terms and conditions are unable to be mutually agreed upon, or met, we reserve the right to keep your deposit.  It is to everyone's best interest to execute a full contract with all expectations being set forth at the time any money exchanges hands.    We require 50% deposit at time of finalization of all terms and conditions via written contract (60 days prior to event minimum) and 100% of balance to be paid no less than 30 days prior to the event.  If your inquiry is within 30 days of the event, we will not reserve the venue without 100% payment and fully authorized written contract.

We have a multitude of ways we can set up our venue for your party, from the most simplistic layout to assisting you coordinate a complex party complete with equipment rental, caters, fire pits with wood for burning, DJs and even access to our stage and audio/lighting vendors.  We have a brief description of our amenities below.

We are only open to visits by appointment.  Drop-Ins are not possible because our property is fully secured with gated drives.
